| A blazing tree at a local park |
The project seemed to be going well, it is a deconstructed poncho that was large and loose hanging. I decided I wanted something a bit smaller with a closer fit. So, I'm trying to make another, smaller poncho. Here's my first attempt. The shell stitch pattern looks nice with the yarn and of course it all looks great hanging in the beautiful tree but the weave is a little too tight so I ripped it out and got a bigger hook, much bigger. I'm using the same stitch and it's looking quite lacy. I'll have a pix soon. Crossing my fingers it works! :)
